ELKHART CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER
PROVIDING ENGAGING PLAY-BASED LEARNING
IN A SAFE SUPPORTIVE ATMOSPHERE
The Elkhart Child Development Center (ECDC) is a premier early childhood education program that is dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of families in the Elkhart community and surrounding areas. Our mission is to equip children with the skills and knowledge they will need for their future endeavors. We achieve this by offering a carefully designed, developmentally appropriate environment that fosters growth and creativity.
ECDC is located at 2121 Prairie Street, Elkhart, IN 46517. We are just around the corner from the Pierre Moran Middle School.
ECDC is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
At ECDC, we provide engaging learning experiences tailored to the unique strengths and interests of each child. Our curriculum emphases hands-on activities which promote critical thinking, social skills, and emotional development. We believe that early childhood is a crucial time for learning, and our experienced staff is committed to nurturing each child's potential in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Through play-based learning and structured activities, we prepare children for academic success and lifelong learning.
ECDC's tuition is based on a sliding fee scale of the family's weekly gross household income. We also accept Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) and On My Way Pre-K (OMWPK) Vouchers. Book a tour to learn more.
We provide a nutritious, well-balanced breakfast, lunch, and two snacks daily according to CACFP guidelines. ECDC does accommodate food allergies with a doctor's note on file.
