Meet Our Teachers and Staff

Amber is a passionate educator & author with over 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Holding an associate's degree in early childhood, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, she has dedicated her career to nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. 

  Toni is a wife and mother of 3 who loves to support her children in everything they do. Toni is Glammy to both her grandson and grand dog. Some of her hobbies/interests include Jeep Club, off-roading, shopping & traveling. She is outgoing and creative. Toni has both an administrative & early childhood background, which makes her a great office manager! 

 Ms. Cassie is a mother of two children. She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been with ECDC nearly 24yrs! “I love working with young children because it fulfills me, knowing I have made a difference in their early lives.”

Ms. Tammy is a mother of two grown children and has been working in early childhood education for 28 years. She enjoys watching children learn and grow. Her happy place is reading and spending time by the ocean in Florida.

Natavia is a girl mom of 2. She started her early childhood journey in 2019. She worked in the classroom for 5 ½ years before making the switch to the Kitchen. She has returned to the classroom to support our Infants.

Ms. Lily is a proud mother of 1.                    In addition to being a mom, she enjoys music & reading. Lily has been in the early childhood field for 5 years. She finds working with children to be exciting.

“I love to see the children grow and learn new things as they explore their environment.”

Ms. Mallory has been employed at ECDC since April 2025 and has nearly six years of experience in the early childhood field. She is currently pursuing an associate's degree in early education at Ivy Tech. 

"I enjoy teaching young children and helping them reach new milestones."

Ms. Jakia is a mother of 2 with six years of experience in early childhood education. She loves working with children and is currently pursuing a degree in early childhood.

Ms. Sharea has been with ECDC for over a year. She is the mother of two boys. In her spare time, she enjoys singing. She loves working with young children because watching them develop and apply the concepts they learn is rewarding. Watching them flourish brings her great satisfaction.

Ms. Heather has worked in the early childhood field for four years. She has three cats and loves iced coffee.  Ms. Heather enjoys working with children because it allows her to help them learn and grow. Every day is filled with exciting moments, and she enjoys watching their curiosity and creativity flourish as they explore new ideas together!
