Amber is a passionate educator & author with over 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Holding an Associate of Science degree in early childhood, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, she has dedicated her career to nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
Toni Masterman Program Administrator
Toni is a wife and mother of 3 who loves to support her children in everything they do. Toni is Glammy to both her grandson and grand dog. Some of her hobbies/interests include Jeep Club, off-roading, shopping & traveling. She is outgoing and creative. Toni has both an administrative & early childhood background, which makes her a great office manager!

While Ms. Cassie is an experienced Lead Teacher, her role at ECDC extends far beyond the classroom. She is a trusted resource throughout our center, assisting with office and marketing projects, managing supplies, and mentoring and supporting fellow teachers. Her experience, knowledge, and willingness to step in wherever she is needed make her an invaluable part of the ECDC team.

She has experience with infants and toddlers, as well as a background in summer camps, sports programs, and karate instruction. As a 1st Dan Black Belt, she brings patience, discipline, and perseverance into her daily work. Ms. Zaira is dedicated to creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, and confident to explore and grow. She is grateful to be part of a supportive team and to continue growing professionally while supporting children and families every day.

In addition to her work at ECDC, Ms. Paola proudly serves in our military. She is also currently continuing her education as she works toward earning her CDA, demonstrating her commitment to growing as an early childhood professional.
When she is not at ECDC, Ms. Paola enjoys relaxing by watching TV and listening to music. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with the children in her classroom and helping them prepare for their next big steps in learning.
